Hey :)
Have you ever noticed that no one really likes those 'Popular Kids'?
Why are they popular? No one likes to be around them... they are mean!
Oh, by the way, the definition of popular I am using is:
Popular: People in a school environment who think they are the coolest in the school... based mostly on how cruel they can be to others.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I was sitting beside Tara in class today when Rebecca, a PASS (Popular Annoying Stuck-Up Snob), bursts out laughing in the back of the class... for the eighth time. She wouldn't say why. Eventually, the teacher got mad at some people around her for being loud (she made them sit at the front of the class) and Rebecca laughed at them. The teacher yelled, "I WAS TALKING TO YOU TOO!"
Rebecca asked why and complained the rest of the hour and a half long class. I heard her swearing and talking dirty about the teacher later the day.
Did I mention how dirty she is? I cannot repeat what she says... everything has a double meaning that has something to do with sleeping together or getting drunk.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
That was an example of Rebecca. She is snobby, always purses her lips and sticks her chest out to boys. She is probably the loudest person I know.
And Even Still... she is the most popular person.
You know what? It is probably because everyone is intimidated by all of those girls (the PASS people). I am!
I hope you learned a little more about Rebecca.
If you ask me, I PASS on her ;)

holey moley guacamole sarah! Ukranian high schools are very similar to Canadian ones, haha.
ReplyDeleteSeriously, I know what you mean. It can be frustrating to be around people who pride themselves on looking down on others and assume that people care about their every word. But try to ignore her, you don't have to let her bother you. You seem like a nice girl and you don't need to acknowledging Rebecca.
Let her exist to herself and you can enjoy your own friends :)
